Egyptian startup BrainsMingle has closed a $400,000 pre-seed funding round to expand its AI-powered platform for professional networking. The investment was led by BasharSoft Group, the parent company of regional job portals WUZZUF and Forasna, marking its first strategic investment since acquiring iCareer. The startup aims to unify the fragmented set of tools professionals use for networking, mentorship, event hosting, and monetization.

Unifying a Fragmented Professional Toolkit

BrainsMingle was built to address this fragmentation by offering an integrated, video-first environment where users can manage coaching sessions, bookings, payments, and communities in one place.
