Experia 2026, Lebanon’s first interactive innovation expo, attracted more than 7,000 visitors and over 100 exhibitors during its inaugural edition at Beirut’s Forum de Beyrouth from October 8 to 10, 2026.
Organised by Promofair with support from the Ministry of State for Technology and Artificial Intelligence (MITAI), the event brought together startups, large companies, universities, public institutions and other organisations across a 5,000-square-metre exhibition space.
The expo featured technology demonstrations, interactive experiences and 40 sessions involving more than 90 speakers. Its programme focused on four themes: My Life, My Work, My World and My Gov, highlighting how innovation is being applied across personal life, workplaces, communities and public services.
As part of the programme, more than 55 startups took part in a pitch competition organised with Endeavor and the Lebanese Angel Investors Network (LAIN). Alpha Lab won the competition and received a $100,000 investment award in exchange for equity, according to the announcement.
Education and healthcare hackathons, held with SmartESA, the University of Balamand and 42 Beirut, brought together more than 80 participants who developed 21 projects in under 72 hours. The event also included Live Love Awards, which received more than 66,000 votes, and reverse matchmaking sessions connecting companies with potential partners.
