FedEx and Injaz UAE supported 1,088 high school and university students across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ajman during the 2025–2026 academic year, as their six-year partnership continues to build youth employability and entrepreneurship skills.
FedEx employee volunteers delivered 19 interactive workshops at 12 educational institutions. The sessions covered CV writing, interview preparation, financial management, business creation and marketing, giving students practical experience as they prepare for higher education, employment or launching their own ventures.
The workshops were delivered remotely and focused on helping young people develop the confidence and skills needed to navigate a changing job market, according to the announcement.
Tarek Henidi, vice president of operations, planning and engineering for FedEx in the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa, said the partnership enables employees to share practical knowledge while helping students develop critical thinking and turn ideas into tangible achievements.
Razan Basheti, CEO of Injaz UAE, said preparing young people for the future requires engagement with the business community and real-world experience, alongside classroom learning.
The collaboration supports the UAE’s National Employment Strategy 2031 and National Youth Agenda 2031, which aim to develop a skilled, innovative and competitive workforce.
