Saudi construction supply chain platform Fitting has raised $1.1M in its second Seed round to expand its presence across the Kingdom, upgrade its technology infrastructure and strengthen operations.
The round included a strategic investor with experience in construction materials, contracting and real estate development. The investor’s name was not disclosed.
Fitting said its platform has facilitated more than SAR 150M in construction material supplies across over 70 major projects in Saudi Arabia. More than 823 businesses, including developers, contractors and engineering firms, use the platform, while its network includes over 200 approved suppliers and more than 50 strategic partnerships.
The company plans to use the funding to build its on-the-ground presence in key Saudi markets, develop its product and expand its operational capabilities. Fitting provides digital tools for procurement and supply chain management, including a virtual warehouse, automated invoicing, support ticketing and artificial intelligence-powered process automation.
According to the company, its platform has helped move more than 1,000 supply transactions and businesses from traditional procurement methods to digital processes.
Fitting also said it has created more than 30 jobs and provided over 20 training opportunities for students and graduates from Saudi universities. Its next phase will focus on serving more companies and projects while tailoring its data-driven tools to the construction sector’s operational needs.
