UAE AI Camp to Run in Dubai from 17 to 29 August 2026

The UAE’s National Program for Artificial Intelligence has announced the eighth edition of the UAE AI Camp, a two-week programme running from 17 to 29 August 2026 in Dubai.

Organised with the National Program for Coders, the camp is open to school and university students, employees, SME owners and others interested in artificial intelligence, programming and emerging technologies.

The programme will feature workshops, training sessions and hackathons covering fraud detection, password protection, digital well-being, AI-assisted project management, legal operations and compliance. Participants will also explore generative and agentic AI, robotics, data-driven model training, business applications and mobile app development.

A Future of Transport Hackathon will run alongside the main sessions. Partners for this year’s edition include Google’s Maharat Min Google, Microsoft, Intel, Accenture, BytePlus, Brainy n Bright, Think Media Labs, Spectrum and Modesh World, as well as the Transport Authority of the Government of Ajman.

According to the organisers, the UAE AI Camp has attracted more than 34,000 participants across its first seven editions, supporting the country’s efforts to expand its homegrown AI talent pipeline.
