The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs Dubai (GDRFA Dubai) has signed a memorandum of understanding with UAE-based Advantage Technology to develop digital solutions for virtual events, workforce initiatives and government services.
The partnership will include a dedicated platform for managing virtual events and activities under a Platform as a Service model. It will also support the exchange of expertise, the development of digital services and programmes focused on workforce skills, productivity and institutional engagement.
According to the announcement, the agreement is intended to improve government service quality, strengthen collaboration with private-sector partners and support a more agile operating model in line with Dubai’s digital transformation goals.
Advantage Technology specialises in developing technology solutions and serves as an incubator for artificial intelligence and emerging technology projects. The company said it will contribute its technical expertise to building a flexible platform for managing virtual events and supporting future digital initiatives.
