GrowthLabs has partnered with Amenli to launch a digital insurance service designed for startups in Egypt and the wider region.
The partnership allows founders and startup teams to explore, compare and purchase insurance coverage through the GrowthLabs platform. Amenli, a licensed digital insurance broker in Egypt, will serve as the exclusive insurance partner for the GrowthLabs ecosystem.
The integrated service is intended to provide coverage tailored to early-stage companies, including their founding teams, employees and businesses in the early phases of growth. Users can review available options, compare policies, select coverage and activate documents through a single digital platform.
According to the announcement, Amenli’s technology can issue insurance documents within minutes, compared with traditional processes that may take weeks and often involve paper-based procedures. The companies said the service is designed to address the time, complexity and limited fit of conventional insurance options for startups.
Islam Arban, director of GrowthLabs, said the partnership would reduce the administrative burden on founders. Shady El-Tohfa, Amenli’s chief executive, said the collaboration would help the company reach entrepreneurs through a platform they already use.
The service is now available to companies on GrowthLabs, with access through their platform accounts.
