HRTech Firm PeopleStrong Unveils AI Platform to Tackle GCC’s Talent and Skills Gap

3 Min Read

Global HR technology company PeopleStrong has launched FutureOfTalent.ai, an AI-powered talent infrastructure built specifically for the GCC. The platform aims to help organizations discover, develop, and deploy national talent, directly supporting regional economic diversification and workforce localisation initiatives like Emiratisation, Saudisation, and Omanisation.

Quick Facts

  • GCC’s first AI-powered talent infrastructure.
  • Supports nationalisation and skills development goals.
  • Connects citizens, enterprises, and governments.

Closing the Skills-Readiness Gap

Unveiled at PeopleStrong’s AI Roadshow in Dubai, FutureOfTalent.ai directly addresses a significant challenge in the region: the gap between emerging skill requirements and the current readiness of the talent pool. According to PeopleStrong’s research involving over 300 organisations, more than 70% of leaders now prioritise talent management and skills-based programs. However, many struggle to convert large volumes of workforce data into actionable decisions for planning and development.

FutureOfTalent.ai is designed to solve this by integrating workforce intelligence, skills development, and AI-driven matching into a single platform. The system is built around a unified ‘Talent ID’—a verified, career-long profile of a citizen’s skills and qualifications, giving companies a clear view of existing capabilities and future needs.

A Unified Ecosystem for Talent

The platform creates a connected system for individuals, businesses, and government bodies. For individuals, it offers personalised learning paths, skills assessments, and career guidance tailored to their goals. For enterprises, it provides AI-powered tools for workforce planning, internal mobility, and tracking localisation progress.

Governments can gain a live, national-level view of workforce capability, identifying available skills and emerging gaps to better align with national mandates and economic priorities.

“Talent is the infrastructure of the future economy,” said Sandeep Chaudhary, Chief Executive Officer of PeopleStrong. “The nations that can identify, develop, and deploy skills fastest will lead the next era of growth and innovation. With FutureOfTalent.ai, we’re helping connect citizens, enterprises, and governments through a shared talent infrastructure that transforms skills into opportunity and national ambition into measurable outcomes.”

Tayfun Topkoc, Senior Vice President – International at PeopleStrong, added, “The next frontier is not headcount, it’s capability. As AI reshapes industries, organisations need real-time visibility into workforce skills, gaps, and future readiness. FutureOfTalent.ai helps make that possible, turning workforce data into intelligence and intelligence into action.”
