Saudi Arabia’s PIF-owned AI company HUMAIN has launched an AI cloud in the Kingdom, powered by NVIDIA HGX B300 Blackwell Ultra systems. The platform is already supporting government and enterprise workloads, with reported cluster utilisation above 90%.
The Saudi Ministry of Commerce is among the first customers. It is using HUMAIN’s infrastructure for AI-enabled commercial services including regulatory inspections, commercial fraud detection and business registration.
The company said the platform supports the full AI lifecycle, from model development and customisation to inference and production deployment. It runs on HUMAIN’s Sovereign Cloud Stack and is designed to provide locally hosted computing for sectors including government, financial services, energy, healthcare, telecommunications and manufacturing.
HUMAIN plans to expand operational capacity to roughly 35 megawatts by mid-2027 as demand from government and enterprise customers grows. The launch forms part of broader plans with NVIDIA to build AI factories in Saudi Arabia with projected capacity of up to 500 megawatts, powered by several hundred thousand GPUs over five years.
HUMAIN CEO Tareq Amin said the launch moves advanced computing infrastructure into practical applications for government organisations and enterprises in the Kingdom.
