San Francisco-based AI cloud platform Together AI has partnered with Saudi sovereign entity HUMAIN to develop a 250-megawatt data centre in the Kingdom.
Announced at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, the agreement combines HUMAIN’s hardware infrastructure and capital deployment with Together AI’s open-source inference platform and developer ecosystem. The facility is expected to support high-performance AI training and inference workloads.
According to the announcement, the project is targeting more than $5 billion in gross annualised revenue during its first year of operation. Located in Saudi Arabia, the centre will use the Kingdom’s grid capacity to serve customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The partnership will allow developers to deploy AI models on Saudi-based infrastructure without building custom integration tools, the company said. It also supports HUMAIN’s plans to build an end-to-end AI value chain spanning data centres, cloud platforms, foundation models and applications.
The deal follows Together AI’s $800 million Series C round in July 2026, which valued the company at $8.3 billion. The round was led by Aramco Ventures.
