Egyptian ICT companies can now apply for Round 41 of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency’s (ITIDA) Collaborative Funded Projects (CFP) program.
The Product Development Projects track supports companies developing research-based ICT products, including the transition from a proof of concept or prototype to a market-ready product. Projects can receive up to EGP 5 million and run for up to 18 months, according to the announcement.
Applicants must be registered in ITIDA’s Companies Database and submit proposals led by a principal investigator with a strong research profile. The program also encourages collaboration between ICT companies and Egyptian researchers or research institutions.
Eligible proposals may cover areas including artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, cybersecurity, robotics, the Internet of Things, electronics and digital transformation, as well as applications in health, agriculture, education, energy and transportation.
The deadline for Product Development Projects applications is October 29, 2026. Applications for the separate Preliminary Research Projects track are temporarily unavailable, according to ITIDA.
