Jazan Association Incubates 160 Entrepreneurs Through 10-Month Program

The Productive Families Association in Saudi Arabia’s Jazan region has supported 160 productive-family members and entrepreneurs through a 10-month business incubation program focused on developing ideas and preparing projects for growth.

The Innovation Business Incubator for Projects, which concluded recently, covered four tracks: technology, entrepreneurship, digital crafts, and professional and services. Training included digital marketing, e-commerce platform skills, product photography, product development, feasibility studies, and micro-business management.

According to the association, the program supported 45 participants in the technology track, 25 in entrepreneurship, 45 in digital crafts, and 45 in the professional and services track. It also launched an online platform for incubation, acceleration, and monitoring the growth of beneficiaries’ projects.

The association said 12 standout projects received support of SAR8,000 each to help them get started. The incubator’s process included selecting ideas and projects, training and skills development, incubation, acceleration, and follow-up aimed at improving market readiness and long-term sustainability.
