Lebanon’s DoorEast Reaches 43,000 Listings and 120 Agencies in Six Months

Lebanon-based DoorEast has surpassed 43,000 property listings and signed up 120 real estate agencies within six months of launching its platform, according to the company.

Founded in 2025 by Michael and Maria Zoghzoghi, DoorEast went live in January 2026 as an AI-powered marketplace connecting buyers, renters, sellers and agencies in one place. The platform has also generated more than 30,000 qualified leads for agency partners during the same period.

Michael Zoghzoghi said the idea came from his own experience searching for a home in Lebanon after seeing more developed online property markets in Spain, London and Saudi Arabia. He viewed Lebanon’s resilient real estate market and limited digital infrastructure as an opportunity to modernise how property transactions are handled.

DoorEast has also launched DoorEast CRM, a software platform for agencies that brings inquiries, contacts, tasks and property listings into one system. The product is intended to support agencies managing demand generated through the marketplace.

The company said its broader goal is to make buying, renting, selling and finding property simpler and more transparent in Lebanon.
