UK-based trade finance technology provider Traydstream has secured a strategic investment from NeoVentures, the corporate venture capital arm of UAE-based Mashreq Bank, alongside e& Capital and Pivot Investment Partners.
Founded in 2015, Traydstream uses artificial intelligence to digitise trade finance documents and transactions, including data extraction and compliance checks based on global trade rules. The company said its platform has processed more than $350 billion in trade volumes across over seven million transactions in 68 countries.
The investment builds on a relationship between Traydstream and NeoVentures that began in 2025 with the development of TraydFund. The platform enables financial institutions to sell and distribute trade finance assets, supporting liquidity across the trade finance ecosystem.
According to the announcement, the partners will explore commercial growth, distribution and funding opportunities while expanding Traydstream’s AI-enabled platform to more financial institutions. The investment is also expected to support the company’s expansion across the Middle East, Asia and other international markets.
