The M’diq-Fnideq prefecture in Morocco has opened applications for funding aimed at supporting small, innovative, income-generating projects led by young people in the area.
The opportunity is part of the third phase of Morocco’s National Initiative for Human Development and is being delivered through the entrepreneurship support stream of the Youth Income Improvement and Economic Inclusion Programme. It is announced by Tanger Initiative Association in partnership with the M’diq-Fnideq prefecture.
Individual applicants aged 18 to 40 as of January 1, 2026, can apply if they live in the prefecture. Projects must be based in M’diq, Fnideq or Martil and should focus on innovation, job creation and economic inclusion. Priority will be given to young people not in employment, education or training, as well as vulnerable women, people with disabilities and other young people in vulnerable situations.
Selected projects will receive pre- and post-support, alongside funding covering up to 90% of total project costs, capped at MAD 100,000. Applicants must provide at least 10% in cash. Funding is limited to necessary equipment and materials and does not cover renovation or rent.
Applications can be submitted in person at youth platforms in Martil, M’diq and Fnideq from September 3 to September 28, 2026. Required documents include an application form, technical file, price statement, supporting documents and declarations of honour.
