Saudi Arabia Launches Unified Tourism Services Platform With AI Tool

1 Min Read

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Tourism has launched the Unified Tourism Services Platform, a centralised digital hub for tourism licensing, compliance, investment, training and development services.

The platform is designed for investors, tourism professionals and sector employees, bringing services together through a single interface to reduce the need to navigate multiple systems. It also includes Tourism X, an AI-powered tool that helps users access services and receive real-time responses to inquiries.

Ministry spokesperson Nasser Al-Ansari said the initiative will strengthen digital government services and improve coordination among stakeholders, supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The ministry’s existing website, mt.gov.sa, will remain the main source for news, regulations and official information. The new platform will serve as the dedicated gateway for service delivery.
