Applications are open for the third cohort of the Morocco Accelerator, a three-month program for Moroccan startups seeking to scale their businesses and expand across Africa.

Funded by Morocco’s Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform and operated by Technopark and Plug and Play under the Digital Morocco 2030 strategy, the accelerator will begin in October 2026. Applications close on September 15, with startup selection scheduled for September.

The program is aimed at startups with a Moroccan founder, co-founder or diaspora connection. Applicants should have a product in the market, demonstrated traction, revenue and a scalable technology solution. The program page lists eligibility from pre-seed to Series A and says funding is not required.

The equity- and fee-free program offers expert mentorship, practical workshops, office space at Technopark Morocco, corporate and investor introductions, global ecosystem access and technology perks. Selected startups may also qualify for non-dilutive financing through the Startup Venture Building program, funded by the ministry and operated by Tamwilcom.

According to the announcement, earlier cohorts supported more than 80 founders, delivered over 200 mentorship sessions and helped participating startups raise more than $5M. The program’s previous activities also included a Corporate Day with 12+ Moroccan corporates and more than 75 one-on-one meetings.
