The fourth cohort of the Green Growth and Jobs Accelerator Project (GGJAP) has wrapped up in Morocco, culminating in an Investor Day that brought together the country’s emerging green-tech small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with investors, financial institutions, and key ecosystem players. The event, supported by implementing partner Flat6Labs, marked the conclusion of months of intensive business training, mentorship, and technical support for the participating companies.

A Nexus for Green Innovation and Investment
The Investor Day served as a critical platform for the 26 participating SMEs to showcase their solutions aimed at advancing Morocco’s green economy. Entrepreneurs pitched their business models to a room of active investors and industry stakeholders, receiving direct feedback on their ventures. The event was designed to foster concrete connections through targeted networking and specialized breakout sessions, creating tangible opportunities for partnerships and funding.
Spotlight on Cohort 4’s Green Champions
The graduating cohort featured a diverse range of companies tackling sustainability challenges. Among the 26 participants were ACDC SAS (Zendure Maroc), sustainable logistics firm Cargo Cyclo Green, agritech ventures like GREEN ORGANIC FARMING and Green Souss Solutions, water-focused Arwa Solutions, and eco-friendly cleaning service EWASH INTERNATIONAL. The full list of graduates includes Aivis, Beyond The Map, CAPTAIN SEA, Charaf Global Business, Colibghiti, and many others poised to make an impact.
A Collaborative Push for Morocco’s Green Future
The strength of the GGJAP lies in its powerful backing from a wide array of public and private sector entities. The event saw participation from prominent investors and institutions such as Tamwilcom, Azur Innovation, CDG 212 Founders, Attijari Ventures, Sawari Ventures, and UM6P Ventures. This collaborative effort underscores a unified push to build a robust and financially viable green technology sector in the country, with support from government bodies including the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development and the Ministry of Investment.

The Green Growth and Jobs Accelerator Project (GGJAP) is an initiative implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Morocco. It runs in collaboration with the UNDP Regional Bureau for Arab States, the UNDP Nordic Representation Office, and the Danish-Arab Partnership Programme (DAPP). With New Silk Roads and Flat6Labs as implementing partners, the project is designed to provide Moroccan SMEs in the green economy with tailored business training, mentorship, and technical support to foster sustainable growth and job creation.
