Ninja Care and Tawuniya Partner on Insured Prescriptions and Medicine Delivery

2 Min Read

Saudi Arabia-based Ninja Care has partnered with Tawuniya to give the insurer’s customers access to prescription services, telemedicine consultations and medicine delivery through the Ninja platform.

Under the agreement, Tawuniya members can fill prescriptions through Ninja Care using their insurance coverage and have the medication delivered. The partnership also enables remote consultations with doctors from Mena Medical Group through the Ninja app.

The collaboration links three parts of the healthcare journey: medical advice, insurance-covered prescriptions and delivery. It expands Ninja Care beyond health product sales into services more directly connected to medical care and insurance.

Mena, part of Tawuniya’s healthcare network, provides home care, digital consultations, virtual clinics, urgent care and occupational health services. According to Tawuniya’s 2025 annual report, Mena recorded more than 460,000 member interactions by the end of the year and opened five medical centers in locations including Riyadh, Jubail and Jeddah.

For Tawuniya, the agreement adds a digital channel to its healthcare offering. For Ninja, it strengthens the company’s presence in Saudi Arabia’s health and pharmaceutical services sector by combining its delivery infrastructure with insurance and clinical services.

The partnership reflects the growing use of digital platforms to connect consultations, prescriptions and medicine access in a single customer experience.
