This initiative aims to transform innovative technical ideas into practical solutions that support the future of housing and urban planning in the Sultanate, aligning with the goals of Oman Vision 2040.

Bootcamp Overview
The Itqan program is an intensive innovation journey designed to solve real technical challenges within the property registration system. It begins with a 5-day competitive bootcamp where 50 selected participants will dive deep into problem analysis, user journey mapping, and solution prototyping. Following the bootcamp, 10 top performers will be selected to join a 6-month paid training program to implement their solutions directly within the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
