Open Startup has opened applications for its Pre-Seed Track Morocco, a six-month incubation program for Moroccan DeepTech startups developing solutions in HealthTech, ClimateTech and other technology-driven sectors.

The program is part of the Startup VB Initiative, funded by Morocco’s Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform and operated by Tamwilcom. Eight startups will be selected for structured training, business and technical mentorship, expert workshops, ecosystem exposure and tailored support. Selected companies may also receive non-dilutive financing, subject to eligibility.

The call is open to startups incorporated under Moroccan law, or eligible foreign-incorporated companies, with founders residing in Morocco. Applicants should be no more than eight years old, have reached at least TRL 3, moved beyond proof of concept and be preparing to develop a minimum viable product. Companies must also demonstrate self-financing of at least 10% of the allowed funding amount.

Applications can be submitted in English, French or Arabic through F6S by September 6, 2026. Pre-selected startups are expected to pitch to the selection committee on September 18, with the program scheduled to begin on September 28.
