Orange Corners Palestinian Territories will host an online masterclass on the legal foundations startups need before raising funding.
“Startup Fundraising and Legal Readiness” will take place on Sunday, 30 August 2026, at 3:00 PM Palestine time via Zoom. The session will cover funding structures, equity incentive plans, due diligence, company formation and registration, and corporate governance.
The masterclass will be led by Hisham Kassim, managing partner at Kassim Legal. According to the announcement, Kassim specialises in cross-border M&A, venture capital, private equity and international tax, and has closed more than 100 M&A and corporate transactions across MENA, the US, the UK and Europe.
The session is designed to help founders understand the legal decisions involved in preparing for investment and navigating the fundraising process.
