Kernel for AI & Innovation, a Falak Holding company, has signed a strategic partnership and investment agreement with Saudi Arabia-based Mudar Tech Technology Solutions to develop AI-powered solutions for the real estate sector.
Announced in Riyadh on August 16, 2026, the agreement brings together Mudar’s operational experience in managing real estate units and Kernel’s capabilities in artificial intelligence and software development.
The companies will develop Mudar’s technology platform and build AI agents to support the management and operation of real estate units. The collaboration will also cover the platform’s technical infrastructure, software systems, future products and features, as well as research, development and innovation.
According to the announcement, the partnership will support commercial expansion and the marketing of the solutions inside and outside Saudi Arabia. The platform is intended to help property managers, real estate developers and unit owners manage operations, maintenance, communications and data more efficiently.
The agreement follows Falak Holding’s acquisition of a majority stake in Kernel. The companies said the combined offering will focus on automation, operational efficiency, improved user experiences and data-driven decision-making.
