Saudi Arabia’s OrbitronAI and Aramco Digital have formed a strategic commercial partnership to develop, deploy and commercialise agentic AI for industrial value recovery.
The companies will target multibillion-dollar opportunities in capital productivity, supply chain performance and operational execution. The agreement was signed in early September 2026 at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh.
OrbitronAI’s technology combines agentic reasoning with deterministic execution across structured and unstructured industrial data. Critical calculations, controls and approvals remain governed and subject to human oversight, according to the announcement.
The companies said successful tools will be designed for reuse across similar industrial processes and commercialised in Saudi Arabia and selected international markets. Products could be offered to Aramco, its affiliates and the wider industrial market.
OrbitronAI’s core product, NovaOS, connects enterprise systems, orchestrates AI workflows and provides governance and auditability. The company works mainly with aviation, transport, energy and infrastructure organisations.
The partnership combines OrbitronAI’s technology with Aramco Digital’s industrial expertise, infrastructure and market reach. Aramco Digital operates iCONNA, an industrial connectivity and AI ecosystem serving sectors including energy, manufacturing, logistics and utilities.
