Palestine Techno Park has completed a five-day startup preparation program for 16 Palestinian startups as part of Sharks Palestine, an accelerator developed with the Damascus Gate Foundation.
The program is designed to address challenges faced by Palestinian startups worldwide by connecting them with the Palestinian diaspora’s investment network, according to the announcement.
During the sessions, founders worked on fundraising, storytelling, company culture, market expansion, enterprise sales, growth and founder mental health. The program also included insights from leaders who have built and scaled companies.
The participating startups are scheduled to pitch on September 20 at the Palestinian Tech Ecosystem Investment & Growth Forum in San Francisco. The event will connect the founders with investors and major global companies as they present their businesses and growth plans.
