Wio Bank PJSC has partnered with UAE healthcare technology company Toothpick to offer financial services to more than 1,200 clinics and flexible payment options to their patients.
Under the Patient Card Program, patients at participating Toothpick clinics can use a Wio Personal Credit Card to split treatment costs into six- or 12-month installments at 0% interest. Patients without a card can apply through the Wio Personal app.
Toothpick’s clinic network will also gain access to Wio Business accounts, business loans and credit cards, along with priority onboarding and dedicated support. The offering includes equipment financing of up to AED10M, according to the announcement.
The partnership is designed to address upfront treatment costs while giving clinics access to banking and financing tools as they expand. The Patient Card Program will be available at participating Toothpick clinics across the UAE, with further details provided through the Wio Personal and Wio Business apps.
