Palestine TechnoPark (PTP) is inviting consulting firms and individual consultants to submit proposals to manage and implement its Palestine Diaspora Network and Business Development Program.
The five-month assignment, with a possible extension, will focus on engaging the Palestinian technology diaspora, attracting investment, supporting business establishment, building strategic partnerships and promoting Palestine as a destination for technology, innovation, outsourcing and entrepreneurship.
The selected consultant or firm will develop the diaspora engagement strategy, manage the diaspora CRM and communications, operate a Diaspora One-Stop Shop, and identify investment and business development opportunities. The work will also include networking events, Brain Gain activities, Tech Circles, webinars, delegation visits, the Connect Newsletter, and periodic KPI and performance reports.
Applicants must submit both technical and financial proposals in line with the Terms of Reference. The submission deadline is 28 July 2026. Full eligibility requirements and instructions are provided in the tender documents.
