About The Event
The Creative Confidence & Innovation Lab aims to dismantle the myth that creativity is an innate talent reserved for a select few. The workshop provides a supportive environment for women to explore their creative potential through interactive exercises rooted in innovation and design thinking. The core mission is to equip attendees with practical tools and a renewed mindset to tackle challenges, develop business ideas, and innovate in their personal and professional lives. No prior experience in design thinking or entrepreneurship is required.

Participants will engage in a dynamic session where they can:
- Challenge and reframe common myths about what it means to be “creative.”

About the Facilitator
The lab will be led by Leen Abubaker, a prominent figure in Palestine’s startup ecosystem. Leen is the Palestine Country Director at Flow Accelerator and a Partner & Deal Flow Lead at Flow Ventures Ltd. With over nine years of experience in startup development, program design, and innovation leadership, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the session. Leen is also a co-founder at Sawaed19 and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Leadership and Innovation Management from Penn State University.
