Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) has led a $200M Series D funding round for Gatik, a US autonomous trucking startup, alongside strategic investor Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT). ARK Invest, Millennium Management Global Investment, Intact Private Capital, Arca Continental and other investors also participated.

According to the announcement, Gatik operates fully driverless trucks transporting goods between distribution centers and stores across Texas, Arizona, Arkansas and Ontario, Canada.

The company said it has delivered more than 100,000 orders using fully autonomous trucking and has secured more than $600M in contracted revenue. Its customers include major retailers, grocery chains and consumer packaged goods companies. Gatik also recently expanded its partnership with PepsiCo.

The new funding will support the company’s continued growth and help meet demand from large retailers seeking more reliable, flexible and scalable supply chain operations. Gatik focuses on short-haul routes connecting distribution centers with stores through small and medium-duty autonomous trucks.

Abdullah Al-Kuwari, QIA’s director of industrial investments, said the investment reflects the fund’s focus on next-generation technologies and companies with strong commercial momentum and long-term growth potential.
