Qatar-based GrowthX Capital has invested a combined $1M in Hired Valley and Talebhub, bringing both early-stage startups into the Snoonu Startup Factory.

Founded by Snoonu founder Hamad Al Hajri, GrowthX said the investment will give the companies access to Snoonu’s technology infrastructure, operational expertise, commercial network and mentorship programs.

Hired Valley, led by Yarkizhan Zholdasova, is developing an AI-powered platform that connects professionals with global employment and career development opportunities. According to the announcement, its community includes more than 26,000 professionals and the platform has supported over 1,000 career outcomes.

Talebhub, founded by Musab Al Marri, is building a digital ecosystem for students. Its planned and existing services include student identity verification, a peer marketplace, links to internships and jobs, university events and financial services.

Talebhub was selected among the top 25 startups at Web Summit Qatar 2025 from more than 1,500 participants. The company plans to expand from Qatar into Gulf and Arab markets.

Snoonu Startup Factory launched in April 2026 to support early-stage startups through investment, technology, infrastructure and access to Snoonu’s operating and commercial ecosystem. Its first investment was $100,000 in fintech startup Sufra AI.
