Reliance-Backed Fynd Targets GCC’s $44B Fashion Market With New AI Design Platform

4 Min Read

Fynd, an AI-native retail technology company backed by Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, has launched Fynd Create in the GCC. The new platform offers a unified system that integrates AI-powered trend analysis, sourcing, production, and logistics to help fashion brands significantly shorten their concept-to-market timelines.

Quick Facts

  • Platform combines AI trends, sourcing, and production.
  • Targets the GCC’s projected $44.4B apparel market.
  • Early tests show up to 60% design productivity boost.

Tackling the GCC’s Fast-Fashion Demand

The launch targets a rapidly expanding GCC apparel market, which BlueWeave Consulting projects will grow to $44.4 billion by 2030. With Saudi Arabia and the UAE expected to account for nearly 78% of the region’s total retail sales by 2028, local brands are under increasing pressure to adapt to fast-shifting consumer tastes and improve inventory efficiency.

Fynd Create is built to address this challenge by providing brands with an intelligence engine that analyzes global trends, social signals, and local retail demand. For the GCC, where consumer behavior is shaped by a mix of local culture, luxury spending, and festive seasons, the platform aims to translate data into commercially viable product collections more quickly than traditional methods allow.

How Fynd Create Works

What distinguishes Fynd Create is its ability to integrate a brand’s specific identity into its trend analysis. The platform works with a dedicated AI-powered design team to generate collections that are not only aligned with current market demand but also authentic to the brand’s aesthetic. This process ensures that every product recommendation is informed by both market data and creative vision.

“Fashion brands today are under pressure to move faster, make sharper decisions and respond to consumers in real time without compromising creativity or brand identity,” said Ronak Modi, Chief Business Officer – Global at Fynd. “With Fynd Create, we are bringing intelligence, creativity, sourcing, production and fulfillment into one connected ecosystem, enabling brands to turn insight into commercially relevant collections at speed and scale.”

By consolidating the entire workflow, Fynd Create claims to reduce collection development timelines from months to just weeks, helping brands improve speed-to-market while minimizing overproduction risks.

Connecting the Entire Value Chain

The platform connects brands to a network of over 800 vendors, fabric mills, and manufacturing partners. This integrated system streamlines four key stages of the fashion lifecycle.

In the design phase, teams can use AI to generate collections based on simple prompts like “resort wear,” with early deployments demonstrating up to a 60% improvement in design productivity. For manufacturing, the platform offers real-time factory matching to optimize production costs and turnaround times. This connected ecosystem also allows brands to respond dynamically to spikes in demand, moving from design to production without typical bottlenecks.

Fynd Create also includes Fynd Snap, the company’s AI tool for visual content. It enables brands to generate photorealistic on-model imagery from flatlays or 3D renders, reducing the time and cost associated with traditional photoshoots and accelerating catalog creation.
