Rimal Hospitality has launched “Hospitality Pioneers,” a 12-month employment and training program designed to prepare Emirati nationals for careers and entrepreneurship in the UAE’s hospitality and food and beverage sectors.
Participants will gain practical experience across operations, culinary, food safety, procurement, finance, human resources, government relations and marketing. The program includes rotations across the company’s departments and its portfolio of local and international restaurant brands.
After the foundation phase, participants can specialise in operational leadership or business management while receiving professional guidance. According to the announcement, successful participants may pursue three paths: develop a food and beverage concept that could receive support or investment from Rimal Hospitality, launch their own venture, or continue building a career within the company.
The program is open exclusively to UAE citizens aged 18 or older who hold at least a secondary school certificate. Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage is not required. Selected applicants will join Rimal Hospitality as full-time employees in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Applications are accepted through the Nafis platform. The company said the initiative is part of its effort to invest in national talent and develop future leaders and entrepreneurs for the UAE hospitality sector.
