Saudi AI startup IDRAJ has raised SAR 2.25M ($598K) in a pre-seed round led by ASAP Legal Tech. The company plans to use the funding to expand its team and develop AI-powered tools for corporate IPO and listing processes.
Founded in 2026 by Kholoud Al Saleh, IDRAJ’s platform assesses listing readiness, analyses regulatory requirements and organises key documents. The company aims to make the process more structured and efficient for businesses preparing to go public.
IDRAJ said it will expand the use of AI across its readiness assessment and document management products, while improving integration with professional advisers and other organisations involved in the IPO ecosystem.
The Saudi startup targets companies seeking to list on the Saudi Exchange’s Main Market or Nomu Parallel Market, as well as advisers and professional organisations supporting public offerings and listings.
