Saudi Arabia-based Rela has secured an investment from Yazeed Al Rajhi and Brothers Holding, which has joined the workforce housing company as an investor and strategic partner. The value of the investment and the stake acquired were not disclosed.

The deal comes months after Rela launched in early 2026 under the leadership of Salman Al Jabrain. The company combines licensed workforce accommodation with property management, operations and support services through a unified technology platform.

Rela plans to expand its network of workforce housing properties and residential compounds across Saudi Arabia by working with property owners, investors and developers. Its platform connects available housing assets with companies seeking accommodation for their workers.

Beyond providing units, Rela manages the preparation, operation and maintenance of housing facilities, along with transportation and catering. Its digital tools support bookings, occupancy tracking, worker allocation and operational data analysis.

The company serves sectors including construction, operations and maintenance, logistics, industrial, hospitality and retail, as well as major projects. According to the announcement, the partnership will support Rela’s operational capabilities and expansion across the Kingdom.
