Nawy Shares and CI Capital to Launch Digital Real Estate Funds in 2027

1 Min Read

Nawy Shares and CI Capital Asset Management have signed a partnership to establish and manage regulated real estate investment funds with digital features, with the first offerings expected in early 2027.

The planned funds will bring fractional real estate investing into a regulated fund structure, potentially allowing investors to access property through smaller investments rather than direct purchases. According to the announcement, participation could start from thousands of Egyptian pounds, compared with the larger down payments and instalments often required for premium real estate.

The partnership combines Nawy Shares’ fractional investment technology with CI Capital Asset Management’s investment and asset management capabilities. The companies are exploring funds focused on capital appreciation through development projects, as well as existing income-generating properties.

They may also create separate issuances linked to specific real estate projects and opportunities. The initiative follows the Financial Regulatory Authority’s introduction of rules governing investment in real estate fund certificates through digital platforms.

Subscriptions are expected to open in early 2027, subject to completing the fund establishment process and securing the required regulatory approvals. The companies have already begun identifying potential investment opportunities.
