Saudi Startup Oumla Signs MoU With Sakani to Support Blockchain in Real Estate

Saudi blockchain services startup Oumla has signed a memorandum of understanding with Sakani, a platform operated by NHC Innovation, to support the use of Oumla-developed blockchain infrastructure in the real estate sector.

According to the announcement, Sakani brings together real estate services and solutions through a digital platform designed to support users across different stages of their property journey.

The partnership builds on Oumla’s work to enable digital asset infrastructure in Saudi Arabia and expand the use of emerging technologies in real estate. Oumla, headquartered in Riyadh, provides institutional digital asset custody and operational services, with a focus on tokenized securities including sukuk and funds.

Sakani is a real estate platform with 201-500 employees, while Oumla was founded in 2022 and has 11-50 employees.
