Startup Sync is expanding into Saudi Arabia with JESR, a new initiative designed to connect founders, investors and ecosystem leaders across the MENA region.
The platform said the Saudi edition will serve as a bridge between startup ecosystems, helping companies access new markets, expertise, partnerships and growth opportunities. The initiative is described as a strategic move from Egypt into the Kingdom, rather than simply an entry into a new market.
Startup Sync said it has been developing its network and supporting entrepreneurs since 2024 by connecting startups with investors, service providers and other ecosystem stakeholders. Its broader platform includes an app, podcast and events focused on entrepreneurship.
The Saudi launch is being supported by EdafaVC, according to the company’s announcement. Further details about the format, timing and participating founders or investors have not yet been disclosed.
