Shell Intilaaqah has opened applications for its Oman entrepreneurship programme, which will support 15 high-growth-stage Omani SMEs through acceleration, mentorship and investor access.
The programme is open to Omani-owned, Oman-registered businesses that have operated for at least two years. Applicants can come from any sector and typically have between two and 149 employees, consistent monthly revenue and an ambition to grow through an innovative product, technology or business model.
The selection process begins with applications and interviews, followed by an intensive bootcamp for 30 shortlisted businesses. A selection committee will then choose the final 15 SMEs.
Selected companies will join a three- to four-month acceleration cycle covering business operations, efficiency, financial management, market strategy and scalability. The programme also includes tailored mentorship, expert guidance and finance mixers offering exposure to local and international investors.
Shell said the programme will conclude with a closing ceremony featuring cash prizes for top-performing businesses. Participants will then receive six months of post-programme support, including monthly follow-ups and continued access to financing opportunities.
Applications close on 24 December 2026.
