The Dot has launched Dot Landing, a support programme for Tunisian entrepreneurs living abroad who want to establish or expand businesses in Tunisia.
The programme is delivered through a partnership involving Expertise France, its WATANI and MEET Africa projects, the Tunisian Deposit and Consignments Fund, Île-de-France, Tunisia Development Foundation and GIZ Tunisia’s EDMEJ programme. According to the announcement, the initiative has already supported 35 startups through two pilot cohorts.
Dot Landing begins with preparation and assessment, followed by immersion in Tunisia’s business environment and four months of structured coaching. The programme covers business models, financing, legal matters, marketing and exports, management and the wider business ecosystem. Each participant receives dedicated coaching, access to specialists and an entrepreneur community, before presenting at a Demo Day for investors, partners and media.
The programme plans to support 30 to 45 entrepreneurs across three cohorts by 2028. It is open to projects that have moved beyond the idea stage, including those with a minimum viable product, customers, revenue or an existing company. Applications are open across sectors, with particular interest in ICT, artificial intelligence, green technology, healthcare, sustainable agriculture and renewable energy. The application deadline is September 30, 2026.
