UAE-based proptech and fintech startup Rentify has secured a $2 million seed funding round to launch Earn AI, its new platform designed to automate rental revenue management. The investment was backed by a syndicate of investors from the real estate and financial technology sectors.
Quick Facts
- Funding: $2 million seed round.
- Total Raised: $2.5 million to date.
- Platform: Launching Earn AI for rental automation.
From Payments To AI-Powered Operations
Founded in 2025 by Rajneel Kumar and Rashed Hareb, Rentify is evolving from its initial focus on rental payment infrastructure into a comprehensive operating and intelligence platform for the property sector. The new funding brings the company’s total capital raised to $2.5 million, building on a $500,000 pre-seed round in 2025.
The company’s new platform, Earn AI, marks a strategic shift towards using artificial intelligence to not just analyze but actively execute operational tasks. It is built on an Agentic AI model that autonomously manages functions across real estate portfolios, including sending payment reminders, handling collections, creating tenant accounts, and monitoring contract renewals.
How Earn AI Tackles Revenue Leakage
According to Rentify’s analysis of its customer data, property owners and management firms are potentially losing between 8% and 14% of their annual rental income. These losses stem from inefficient collection processes, delays in rent adjustments, and other operational revenue leakages that Earn AI is designed to eliminate through automation.
The platform’s proprietary AI model is trained on real operational data, including payment behaviors, contract renewal patterns, and vacancy rates. This allows it to make data-driven recommendations and execute tasks directly, distinguishing it from conventional tools that rely on broader market indicators.
Early Traction With UAE Property Managers
Earn AI has already been adopted by five enterprise customers in the UAE: Gargash Real Estate, New Star Property Management, Arabian Acres Real Estate, Purecare Management, and RSH Holiday Homes Rental.
Thousands of residential and commercial units managed by these firms have been integrated into the system and are now operational, providing an early validation of the platform’s capabilities in a live environment. The new capital will be used to accelerate the platform’s adoption among other property management companies.
Built For The Gulf Market
A key differentiator for Earn AI is its localized design. The platform was developed in Arabic from its inception and is tailored to the specific needs of the UAE and broader Gulf rental markets. This includes handling local payment methods like cheques, managing regional contract cycles, and understanding the operational dynamics between landlords and tenants.
The new funding will be used to further refine the AI model, expand the capabilities of its intelligent agents, and support the company’s expansion into new markets.
