UAE-based FinTech and PropTech startup Rentify has launched Renewal Command Center, an AI agent designed to automate rental renewals, tenant intelligence, insurance, affordability assessments and payments for property managers.
The product is the third specialized agent within Rentify’s Earn AI platform, which the company describes as an AI-native operating system for rental operations. The platform currently supports portfolios representing more than AED 22 billion ($6 billion) in real estate assets and over AED 1.3 billion in annual rental value.
Renewal Command Center is built to manage the renewal workflow from lease generation and tenancy agreements to insurance and payment coordination. Rentify said the system automates repetitive work while keeping property managers responsible for approvals and decisions requiring human judgment.
The platform integrates rental insurance through Rent Shield, developed with YallaCompare, as well as Open Finance-powered affordability assessments and Pay-by-Bank payment orchestration through Spare. These services are combined with Rentify’s existing digital payments infrastructure.
The company said its broader goal is to give property managers greater operational capacity without requiring administrative teams to grow at the same pace as their portfolios. Earn AI also includes an Intelligence Agent for structuring portfolio data and a Collections Agent for rent collection and payment coordination.
