Fintech company Valu Jordan and payment gateway HyperPay have announced a strategic partnership aimed at expanding access to Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services in Jordan. The collaboration is set to integrate their respective services, providing merchants and consumers with more flexible and efficient digital payment options.

Integrating Payments and Credit for Jordanian Merchants
Through this agreement, merchants within Valu’s network will now have access to HyperPay’s payment gateway, allowing them to process digital payments more effectively. In parallel, businesses already using HyperPay can now offer Valu’s BNPL services to their customers through direct agreements, enhancing payment flexibility and streamlining transactions.
The integration is designed to be straightforward, with HyperPay’s gateway connecting with the Valu app without requiring complex technical procedures from merchants. This move targets a wide range of sectors, including e-commerce, retail, and lifestyle businesses, enabling them to support sales growth and participate more fully in the digital economy.
A Push for Jordan’s Digital Economy
The partnership aligns with evolving consumer shopping habits and aims to give more customers access to flexible payment options for a wider range of products. By using Valu, shoppers can manage their purchases within approved credit limits, creating a smoother and more secure digital payment experience.

Valu will continue to manage its merchant relationships and provide its core BNPL solutions, ensuring a focused approach to enhancing the service for both merchants and customers in the Jordanian market.
