The collaboration aims to accelerate large-scale digital transformation for enterprises across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region.
Fostering Local Talent and Innovation
A central component of the partnership is a strong commitment to developing local talent in line with Saudi Vision 2030. As part of the initiative, NextEra will establish a proximity center at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University in Dammam. Complementing this, ServiceNow will set up a dedicated Centre of Excellence to provide training and digital skills to the local workforce, creating new job opportunities and nurturing a new generation of technology professionals in the region.
Deploying Localized AI-Powered Solutions
The partnership will combine ServiceNow’s intelligent workflow orchestration with NextEra’s robust service capabilities to deploy advanced generative AI and agentic automation solutions for enterprises. A key focus will be on localization to address the specific needs of the regional market. This includes developing an Arabic user interface and tailored solutions that tackle unique business challenges faced by organizations in the Middle East.
Targeting Key Regional Sectors
The collaboration will concentrate on creating industry-specific platforms to solve real-world problems in critical sectors such as energy, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), the public sector, and the Kingdom’s giga projects.
