The Dubai-based startup has introduced an AI receptionist that answers calls in Gulf Arabic and English, books appointments and handles customer enquiries across WhatsApp and social media. Businesses can test the voice agent directly before signing up.
Founded in 2024 and based at in5 Tech in Dubai Internet City, Grow50X.ai launched its voice AI receptionist on October 27, targeting businesses in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The launch also appeared on Product Hunt.
The AI agent works with businesses’ existing UAE and Saudi phone numbers, answering every call or stepping in when staff miss one. It supports Emirati, Khaleeji, Najdi and Hijazi Saudi, Kuwaiti and Egyptian Arabic, as well as Modern Standard Arabic and English. It can switch languages during a conversation, book appointments directly into a business’s calendar, send call summaries and transcripts, and transfer urgent calls to a human employee.
Beyond phone calls, Grow50X offers AI agents for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. They respond to customer enquiries around the clock, qualify leads generated through Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns, and book appointments. Conversations and leads are recorded in the company’s built-in CRM, giving sales and service teams access to customer history.
The platform also includes AI telephony, which records calls with a notice and adds transcripts to customer records, and Voice AI Analysis, which scores calls, tracks sentiment and identifies leads showing buying intent. Grow50X says call audio, recordings and transcripts are processed in the UAE or, for Saudi clients, in Saudi Arabia. Its system also checks phone numbers against the UAE Do Not Call Registry before promotional calls.
The startup is targeting sectors including healthcare, real estate, hospitality and travel, where missed calls and delayed responses can mean lost customers. Its services are designed to handle tasks such as clinic appointment bookings, property viewing enquiries and hotel reservations.
Grow50X.ai lists its AI Receptionist at AED 999 per month per location, covering WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok with a built-in CRM. Its Voice AI service starts at AED 699 per month for 300 minutes, with a one-time setup fee of AED 500 per phone line. New customers receive a 14-day free trial, and the company says it aims to get businesses live within seven business days or provide the first month free.
