Omani digital services leader Khedmah has announced the launch of ‘Khedmah Rewards,’ a comprehensive loyalty program designed to enhance the customer experience across its digital platforms. The initiative aims to recognize and reward user loyalty through an integrated system available on both the Khedmah and Khedmah Delivery applications.
An Integrated Loyalty Ecosystem
A key feature of the Khedmah Rewards program is its seamless integration across the company’s two primary applications. This allows customers to earn points for every transaction, whether paying a utility bill on the Khedmah app or ordering a meal through Khedmah Delivery. Users can then accumulate and redeem these points on either platform, creating a unified and enriched experience that maximizes the value of every interaction. Points can be redeemed for rewards at a wide network of partner establishments or used to directly reduce the value of future transactions within the apps.
Expanding Value for a Diverse User Base
The program is designed to add value to a broad spectrum of daily transactions. Customers can earn loyalty points on services such as payments for electricity, water, telecommunications, and traffic fines; vehicle registration renewals and insurance premiums; and social protection fund contributions. The points are also applicable for recharging prepaid phone and electricity accounts, purchasing entertainment vouchers, and ordering home gas cylinder deliveries. The redemption network is equally diverse, spanning partner restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, beauty and perfume shops, and clothing stores, providing tangible benefits to loyal users.

The launch of Khedmah Rewards marks a significant step in the company’s strategy to deepen its relationship with its user base. Speaking at the launch event, Said Ahmed Safrar, Chief Executive Officer of Khedmah’s parent company Dhofar International Development and Investment Company (Dhofar Investments), highlighted the program as a milestone that strengthens this bond. He emphasized the company’s ongoing commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering high-quality services, reaffirming that the core values of speed, ease, and security remain the foundation of the trust placed in the Khedmah platform.
