The newly established Syrian Development Fund is participating in the second edition of the DevoGo 2025 Entrepreneurship and Modern Business Models Forum, which commenced this week at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, amidst significant international attendance.

About The Syrian Development Fund

The Syrian Development Fund was established by Decree No. 112 in June 2023. It is an economic institution with legal personality and financial and administrative independence, headquartered in Damascus and linked to the Presidency. The Fund’s primary objective is to contribute to the reconstruction and development of infrastructure, including roads, bridges, water and electricity networks, airports, ports, and communication networks. It also aims to finance a wide range of projects through interest-free loans.
