The two-day intensive session brought together 15 selected startups to refine their business fundamentals and prepare for strategic scaling within the Moroccan market.

Strengthening Financial and Administrative Foundations

The initial day of the bootcamp focused on the internal stabilization of the participating ventures. Startups engaged in hands-on workshops designed to professionalize their operations, with specific sessions covering:

  • Financial Structuring: Establishing robust frameworks for long-term fiscal health.

The session culminated in a masterclass on the art of pitching, where entrepreneurs crafted structured pitch decks designed to effectively communicate both commercial value creation and environmental impact.

Addressing Regional Water and Food Security

The cohort features innovative solutions tailored to Morocco’s pressing environmental challenges. The startups are developing technologies across five critical sub-sectors:

  • Water Technologies: Advancing innovation in water sourcing and treatment.
  • Sustainable Irrigation: Implementing efficient agricultural water use for farmers.
  • Water Preservation: Developing systems for resource recycling and conservation.
