The program will provide 2,000 free memberships to entrepreneurs and professionals in Dubai’s creative sectors, granting them access to the platform’s vast library of online courses to build future-ready skills.

The free memberships offer exclusive access to a content library of more than 24,000 specialized courses on LinkedIn Learning. A key focus is on emerging technologies, enabling participants to explore tools and applications in generative AI. The goal is to help creatives develop their ideas, enhance the economic value of their products, and transform their projects into scalable, innovative businesses that contribute to Dubai’s growing creative landscape.
Tracking Growth and Impact
Since its launch, the e-Learning initiative has demonstrated significant traction. Between 2022 and 2025, the number of creative professionals in the UAE registered on the platform jumped by 175%, far outpacing the global growth rate of 104% during the same period.
The engagement numbers further underscore its success. By the end of 2024, participants had completed over 53,500 training courses, viewed more than 265,000 educational videos, and logged over 16,800 hours of training. Popular learning tracks have included AI, entrepreneurship, and personal branding, reflecting the evolving needs of the region’s creative workforce.
