Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, Monsha’at, has celebrated the graduation of 33 artificial intelligence startups from the first cohort of its AI Incubator program. The graduation ceremony, held at the SME Support Center in Riyadh, marks a significant step in the Kingdom’s efforts to foster a local ecosystem for advanced technology and support its growing AI sector.

A Six-Month Sprint from Idea to Market

The AI Incubator program, launched in strategic partnership with the National Technology Development Program (NTDP), provided an intensive six-month journey for the participating companies. The program was designed to help startups refine their tech products and accelerate their market entry.

Startups received comprehensive support, including dedicated workspaces, specialized mentorship, and networking opportunities with experts and potential partners. Participants also gained access to a valuable package of benefits, including a seat in the NTDP’s “MVPLab” product valued at up to SAR 150,000, along with free cloud hosting services and licenses for advanced AI tools throughout the incubation period.

The graduating cohort reflects the diverse application of artificial intelligence across the Saudi economy. The 33 startups operate in eight distinct sectors:
