Bahrain Bourse has appointed UAE-based Al Ramz Capital to provide independent equity research on five companies listed on the exchange.
Under the agreement, Al Ramz Capital will publish quarterly reports covering financial performance, valuations, investment insights and analyst recommendations. The coverage will also include quarterly Earnings Flash Notes, a broader Earnings Overview, market commentary and a CEO Series featuring management perspectives.
According to the announcement, the initiative is designed to improve access to market information, support more informed investment decisions and strengthen transparency across Bahrain’s capital market.
Shaikh Khalifa bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, CEO of Bahrain Bourse, said the appointment would expand the availability of independent research for investors and listed companies. Karim Schoeib, Group CEO of Investment Banking at Al Ramz Capital, said the firm would contribute its research capabilities and market analysis to the partnership.
Al Ramz Capital, headquartered in the UAE, provides financial services across the GCC and has a dedicated research team covering regional markets and listed companies.
